Qualifications: Entry-level position - no prior experience required High school diploma or GED Clean driving and criminal record Physical and emotional resilience to provide compassionate care Willingness to train across multiple shifts for 9 days before settling into your regular schedule Commitment to following policies and ensuring client safety and well-being Ability to work varied shifts Responsibilities: Assist individuals with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores Support transportation needs and encourage community involvement Follow detailed care and support plans to promote independence and personal choice Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful residential environment Accurately document care services and observations Respond calmly and effectively during emergencies, including severe weather or disasters Lift and assist with physical support up to 50 lbs Benefits: Solid Weekly Pay – Direct deposit or payment card, your choice.
