Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years Acute Care Case Management/Discharge Planning experience required
• Hospital experience required (Behavioral Health experience does not qualify)
• Seasoned traveler required ( no first-time travelers )
• Active California RN License required
• Experience managing 1:25 weekday and 1:45 weekend ratios
• Weekend requirement: Every Other Weekend

Preferred:

• Strong care coordination and discharge planning background
• Acute care facility experience

Notes:

• No floating required
• Pending license accepted (must be active by start date)
• Business attire or scrubs permitted
