Do meaningful work with a team that puts people first. InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Austin. You will spend your days helping patients restore strength, balance, and mobility—so they can move safely, prevent falls, and confidently navigate their homes and communities. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 to $85. Compensation Is Based On Experience, Qualifications, And Internal Equity. To support your transition into home health, we offer guaranteed base pay for your first 12 weeks while you build your caseload - so you can focus on your patients without financial uncertainty during ramp-up. Requirements Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing BLS CPR certification Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided) Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked.
