Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions. Deliver preventive care for high-risk patients, including diabetic foot management. Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and foot health. Collaborate with facility staff for patient-centered outcomes. Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top-tier care. Job Requirements What We're Looking For Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree (required). Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain). Experience in long-term care/nursing home settings (preferred). BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings. Able to lift/carry up to 15 lbs. as needed. Compensation Our providers are compensated based on the percentage of the revenue they generate.
