Recruiting Assistant (Part-Time)

PrideStaff Atlanta South is looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented Part-Time Recruiting Assistant to join our Fayetteville team! Whether you have previous staffing industry experience or you're a recent college graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, this could be a great opportunity for you! You'll work alongside our experienced Staffing Consultants, supporting daily recruiting activities, candidate engagement, and office operations. What makes this opportunity exciting? What You'll Do Recruiting Support: Assist Staffing Consultants with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. Candidate Experience: Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for applicants, employees, and clients, both in person and over the phone. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate records, update our recruiting database, and assist with onboarding documentation. Payroll Support: Assist with timecard collection, payroll preparation, and employee inquiries. Sales & Marketing Support: Help with client communications, recruiting campaigns, lead generation, and follow-up activities. Team Collaboration: Support Staffing Consultants in meeting client staffing needs and delivering exceptional service.
