Compensation is based on years of licensed advanced practice provider experience and relevant clinical experience.

Help Build Something New While Caring for Your CommunityGreater Seacoast Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) to become one of the founding providers at our brand-new Wakefield Primary Care practice.
For Nurse Practitioner candidates, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification is strongly preferred ; however, other qualified APRN specialties with significant primary care experience will be considered. Physician Associates with strong primary care experience are equally encouraged to apply.

???? What You'll DoAs a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) , you will:
- Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform preventive health exams and wellness visits.
- Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic testing.
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans within your New Hampshire scope of practice.
- Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with an integrated multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately within the electronic health record.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provider collaboration activities.
Applicants must meet all of the following minimum qualifications applicable to their credential:
✔ Current, unrestricted New Hampshire RN and APRN licensure for Nurse Practitioner candidates, or current, unrestricted New Hampshire Physician Associate/Assistant licensure for PA candidates
✔ Current national board certification appropriate to the candidate's NP or PA credential
✔ Current DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to employment
✔ Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
✔ Minimum of three (3) years of licensed practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate/Assistant in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Community Health, or a comparable outpatient setting
Preferred Qualification✔ For Nurse Practitioner candidates, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification is strongly preferred . Other APRN specialties with substantial primary care experience will be considered.
✔ Physician Associate/Assistant candidates with substantial primary care experience are encouraged to apply.
Applicants with fewer than three (3) years of licensed NP or PA practice in primary care or a comparable outpatient setting will not be considered.

- Team-based outpatient care
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
You're an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing compassionate, evidence-based primary care.
You're comfortable practicing as an experienced advanced practice provider while also collaborating closely with physicians and the broader care team.
