Nurse Educator

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Nurse Educator for our Emergency Departments to lead clinical education, onboarding, and competency development for nursing staff. In this role, you will assess learning needs, design and deliver evidence-based education, simulation, and skills training to support safe, high-quality emergency care. You will collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices, support new graduates and experienced nurses, and drive continuous improvement.
