Plus, with Instant Pay + Tips ($4-6 extra per hour), payday is every day! What You'll Do Lead the Team & Keep the Energy High

- Deliver amazing guest experiences using our G.O.A.L. standard (Greet, Offer, Anticipate, Leave a Lasting Impression)
- Train and support new team members-set them up for success
- Work the floor-jump in as a greeter, cashier, or food presenter when needed
- Keep the dining room and service areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Communicate and work closely with BOH & FOH teams to ensure top-notch service
- Follow cash handling procedures and assist with closing duties
- Understand and execute menu knowledge, allergens, and guest requests
- Brew teas, prep shakes, pour beer & wine (if 18+)
- Assist with opening & closing tasks as needed
