The Outpatient Therapist plays a vital role in our mission to deliver coordinated, individualized care to our communities.As an Outpatient Therapist , you will provide:Psychotherapy Services: Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and/or families to address behavioral health concerns, enhance emotional functioning, and support progress toward treatment goals.Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses when appropriate, and collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize clinically appropriate modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT-informed, trauma-informed approaches) to reduce symptoms, improve coping skills, and promote overall wellbeing.This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. It is not intended to include every duty or responsibility that may be required of employees in this position.CompensationThis role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.Compensation: $57,235 - $73,495This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential.
