- Assemble, test, and calibrate mechanical, electrical, and optical components for scientific instruments
- Install assemblies in final instrument builds according to strict quality standards
- Follow detailed work instructions and ensure proper material handling and inventory accuracy
- Communicate effectively with team members, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
- Support process improvements and problem-solving initiatives within your work cell

[Required Skills and Experience]

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, 10 pounds constantly
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

[Preferred Skills]

- One or more years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Familiarity with mechanical assembly, use of hand tools, and soldering techniques
