Experienced RV Sales Professional
We’re not looking for just another salesperson. We’re looking for an experienced RV sales professional who takes pride in their work, knows how to build lasting relationships, and understands what it takes to create customers for life.
We are a family-owned RV dealership with more than 50 years in business . Our reputation has been built by taking care of our customers, treating people right, and doing business the right way.
We’re looking for an experienced professional who shares those values and wants to build a long-term career with an established dealership.
What We’re Looking ForThe right candidate will:
- Have proven RV sales experience
- Be self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Be tech savvy and comfortable working internet leads, CRM systems, text, email, and social media
- Understand the importance of consistent follow-up and relationship building
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- Be dependable, organized, prepared, and on time
- Be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
- Be motivated to build a strong book of business, generate referrals, and develop repeat customers
- Take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through delivery and beyond
