?nin Staffing is hiring Utility Workers/Clean-Up Crew for a manufacturing facility in Cullman, AL. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement!

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour $2.00/hour pay increase after successful completion of 3-week training! Night Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• 12-hour shifts
• 4 days on / 4 days off
• Rotating schedule (days of the week change each week)

Job Duties:

• Perform general clean-up and housekeeping throughout the facility.
• Assist production lines where needed.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and mobile equipment safely.
• Help with material handling and reclaim operations.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Cross-train in multiple departments.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment.
• Must be dependable and safety-minded.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
