We are a nonprofit, community-based healthcare provider serving rural northern Maine, operating a network of health centers across Aroostook, Penobscot, and Piscataquis counties, delivering care to more than 20,000 residentsmany in underserved or remote areas.

• Monday-Friday work week

• Patient-centered medical home
