About the Role

Sanctuary is looking for a Project Manager to keep our marketing and website projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. You'll be paired with our strategists to support a dedicated set of client accounts. Our strategists own the client relationship and the strategy. You'll own the plan that brings it to life: the tasking, the timelines, the priorities, and the day-to-day requests that keep accounts running smoothly.

You'll manage both new website builds and ongoing marketing plans, which run on a monthly cycle. You'll join an established project management function and work alongside another PM using shared processes and process blueprints.

This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, likes bringing order to moving parts, and gets real satisfaction from delivering on time.

What You'll Own

Support Dedicated Accounts

• Partner closely with the assigned strategist by account to understand each client's goals, scope, and priorities.
• Keep strategists informed on progress, risks, and anything that needs their attention, so they can stay focused on strategy and client results.
• Represent project status clearly and professionally in client communications and meetings when needed.

Build and Manage Tasking Plans

• Turn strategies, website builds, and monthly marketing plans into clear tasking plans in Wrike (our project management tool), using our standard blueprints.
• Assign tasks to the right specialists. That includes copywriters, designers, developers, PPC and social media managers, marketing support, technical marketing and systems, and freelancers.
• Keep Wrike accurate and up to date so everyone knows what's due, who owns it, and what's next.
• Share feedback on where our blueprints and workflows could be improved.

Coordinate Timelines and Team Priorities

• Own project timelines and deliverable dates across your accounts.
• Help the team focus on the right work at the right time within your accounts.
• Spot roadblocks early and escalate capacity or resourcing conflicts to the head of Client Delivery.
• Adjust quickly when priorities shift, and communicate those changes clearly to the team and to clients.

Manage Marketing Client Requests

• Serve as the intake point for ad hoc client requests. Clarify what's needed, scope the work, and get it into Wrike.
• Set clear expectations with clients on turnaround and next steps.
• Flag requests that fall outside scope or need strategic input to the strategist.

• You'll juggle multiple projects across many clients at once while keeping both clients and internal teams informed and aligned.
• You'll set realistic expectations with clients while making sure the team has what it needs to execute well.
• You'll need to adapt quickly as priorities shift and projects evolve.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of project management or account coordination experience, ideally at a marketing or digital agency
• A strong understanding of digital marketing and website projects
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with comfort in client-facing conversations
• A collaborative, open communication style
• The ability to handle ambiguity, respond quickly to change, and produce results in a fast-paced environment
• A habit of asking great questions and a drive to keep learning about our tools and industry
• A personable, positive presence that makes you fun to work with

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
