Summary The Associate Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales, client development, and team performance at the Chestnut Hill boutique. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining visual and operational standards, and developing the sales team through coaching and accountability. The manager acts as a brand representative and contributes to meeting store financial and KPI targets.
