About the Role

Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a graduate degree, and at least 8 years of leadership experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing budgets, teams, and complex organizational priorities, as well as strong financial, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The role requires a professional with the ability to translate strategy into execution, deliver measurable results, and improve organizational effectiveness. Familiarity with public-sector operations and a background in economic development, consulting, or a related field is also desirable.
