About the Opportunity: We are actively hiring Fiber Optic Technicians for a large-scale data center project in the Port Washington WI area. This is a great opportunity to get on a high-profile project with consistent hours, competitive pay, and long-term potential. If you have experience with fiber optics, low voltage, or structured cabling and want to work on mission-critical projects, we want to talk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, route, and secure fiber optic and low-voltage cabling
• Perform fiber terminations (LC, SC, MPO preferred)
• Assist with fiber testing (OTDR, power meter a plus)
• Install cable trays, pathways, and supports
• Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Work alongside project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in fiber optics, low voltage, or structured cabling
• Experience in data centers or commercial construction preferred
• Ability to read prints and follow install standards
• Familiarity with fiber termination and testing is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work overtime and travel if needed
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

Preferred (Not Required): Data center experience Fiber splicing or testing experience BICSI or similar certifications

Benefits:

• $33.00$45.00 per hour depending on experience
