Role Overview They are looking to appoint a Civil CAD Designer to support their Land Development team on a broad portfolio of site development projects. This individual will play a key role in producing detailed design drawings and construction documentation, working closely with engineers and project teams across all phases of the design process. The position offers exposure to a wide variety of project types and the opportunity to contribute to technically challenging work in a collaborative setting. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed civil site design plans and construction drawings using AutoCAD/Civil 3DS Support the design and documentation of land development projects across commercial, residential, and institutional sectors Perform quantity take-offs, calculations, and design detailing in support of engineering deliverables Develop grading, drainage, utility, and paving layouts in line with project requirements Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver coordinated design outputs Interpret design standards, codes, and client requirements to ensure compliance Assist with revisions and updates throughout design and construction phases Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and technical quality across all deliverables Project Types Commercial and retail developments Office and mixed-use sites Residential communities and subdivisions Condominium developments K-12 and higher education projects Healthcare facilities Municipal and community-focused site improvements Sustainable site and green infrastructure design Utility, grading, paving and stormwater improvement projects Education & Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD required; experience with Civil 3D strongly preferred Prior experience in civil/site design, ideally within land development projects Strong understanding of engineering drawings, construction documentation, and design workflows Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Associate degree or higher in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Benefits Base Salary Range: $60k-$100k Employee ownership structure offering long-term financial upside Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Hybrid working flexibility Clear career progression within a growing, stable business Exposure to diverse, high-impact projects across both public and private sectors Supportive, team-driven culture with a focus on professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr LVI Associates
