As our footprint grows, so does the complexity of the materials ecosystem surrounding each installation. We are seeking an Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day management of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, subcontractor consigned inventory, and deployment-specific parts—ensuring every field team has exactly what they need, exactly when they need it. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, systems thinking, and field enablement. You will be accountable for building programs from scratch, standardizing workflows, and integrating them into our in-house systems to enable hands‑off scalability. What You'll Do Build systems and documentation to manage consigned inventory for subcontractor electricians, including material ordering, pickup staging, damage/loss reporting, and continuous improvement. Define accountability processes and audit mechanisms to track and reconcile subcontractor‑held inventory. Coordinate warehouse staging activities for subcontractor material pick‑up and return. Establish, manage, and coordinate stocking and replenishment for all Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs across new and existing metro markets. Own VMI kickoff for all new market launches in coordination with the warehouse standup team. Transition VMI and subcontractor inventory processes from hands‑on coordination to standardized, automated workflows. Define and document requirements for integration with internal systems to support long‑term scalability.
