Employer Industry: Technology and Business Consulting Why consider this job opportunity Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a global consulting firm Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Competitive salary based on experience Engaging and dynamic work environment with a focus on innovative solutions Chance to work with cutting‑edge Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud technologies Supportive team culture that values collaboration and professional development What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead functional workshops for Record‑to‑Report (R2R) processes across various financial modules Analyze and design future‑state R2R flows aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud best practices Configure Oracle Fusion modules for General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Intercompany Develop comprehensive documentation including Business Process Design documents and Functional Design Specifications Validate R2R integration touchpoints with other financial processes and support financial data migration What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, engineering, or a related discipline 10–15+ years of ERP experience with a minimum of 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Strong understanding of subledger‑to‑ledger accounting, financial reporting, and multi‑currency environments Experience with FAH (Fusion Accounting Hub) for accounting transformations and integration with upstream systems Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Oracle Cloud Financials (GL/FA/CM) Certification is preferred Experience supporting multi‑region deployments (NA, EMEA, APAC) and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
