Job Description JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) • Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time) • Location: Mountain Home, AR • Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology • Clinical Shift Schedule: Standard clinic hours • On-Call Shift Schedule: 8 weekdays per month & only 4 weekends per year • Call Ratio: 1:3 call rotation FACILITY INFORMATION • Onsite Equipment: - 3 Ultrasound Machines - Non-Stress Test (NST) - Colposcope • OB Department: - 650-700 deliveries/year - Level 2 Nursery with support from 3 Pediatricians - 2 OB/GYN physicians on staff - 24/7 Anesthesia Coverage • Surgical Technology: Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 robotic systems PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Competitive base salary ($400,000) plus production bonus opportunity • Commencement bonus ($75,000) • Relocation: Assistance provided • Education Stipend: Available, if applicable • Loan Repayment: - Eligible for Arkansas Community Match Rural Practice Incentive (if eligible) - Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) • Insurance: - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance - Professional Liability Insurance • Retirement Plan: Included • Paid Time Off: - 27 Days PTO - 5 Days CME - CME Allowance included JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) • Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology • Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new graduates • Other Qualifications: - Strong teamwork and patient-centered care approach - Competency in routine and high-risk OB, gynecologic surgery, and procedures DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services in a hospital-affiliated clinic • Conduct prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and surgeries • Participate in 1:3 shared hospital call • Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesia, and hospital staff for safe, coordinated care • Utilize advanced technology including robotic-assisted surgeryaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
