Trade Support Analyst I

Mortgage Desk Trader

Responsibilities:

• Confirm all Mortgage Desk’s trades with counterparties and brokers; TBAs, Pools, CMO, and US Treasuries

• Support growing MBS sales desk consisting of heavy interaction with customer accounts and facilitating the allocation of money manager sub-accounts for Infotree-type trading

• Primary liaison between trading desks, sales desks, P/L, MBS allocations department, settlements & broker/dealer community

• Monitor/maintain new Infotree counterparty set-up

• Reconcile end-of-day trading activity and positions within various in-house systems

• Assist back–office settlements group in researching DKs on all MBS/CMO trades

• Allocate all TBAs during the allocation cycle

• Handle all trade assignments and pair-offs

Responsibilities Cont’d:

• Process all pool changes

• Monitor the MBSCC terminal

• Handle TBA and pool netting processes

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree preferred
• MBS/CMO securities experience +
• Bloomberg, OASYS, Alert, and Impact/ICI experience +
• MBS Expert experience
• Ability to work well under pressure/heavy trading desk interaction
• Excellent attention to Detail
• Team player environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Series 7 License +
