Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to medically complex, critically ill patients.
• Manage respiratory failure cases requiring noninvasive or mechanical ventilation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient outcome optimization.
• Perform bedside central and arterial line placements and chest tube placement.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection prevention practices.
• Be flexible and prepared to float to telemetry units as needed.

Qualifications

• Current WA RN or Compact RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience in a Level II Trauma setting.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system.
• Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent skills in arterial line management and ventilator care.
