Summer ESL Instructor – EF San Diego EF San Diego Language School is seeking dynamic, engaging English language instructors to join our team for the Summer 2026 term. Our summer program begins in late June, with teacher orientation scheduled for the week prior. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse, international student body in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment—with the potential for continued employment beyond the summer. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality, student‑centered English language instruction Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment Engage students through interactive and communicative teaching methods Provide feedback and support student progress Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (required) ESL certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) required Prior teaching experience strongly preferred Experience working with international or multicultural student populations is a plus Must have legal authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship and relocation are not available) Schedule Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Compensation $18.54 – $21.50 per hour of teaching, based on qualifications and experience Additional hourly compensation provided for lesson planning and administrative time What We Provide A complete curriculum and all teaching materials A collaborative, supportive teaching environment Opportunities for professional growth and potential continued employment beyond the summer #J-18808-Ljbffr Education First
