Order Fulfillment Specialist

Adecco is hiring for an Order Fulfillment Specialist (Pulling Department)

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you are responsible for accurately pulling, preparing, and staging orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure all items, quantities, and lot information meet quality and customer requirements.

You will work closely with team members across departments, maintaining clear communication and a team-first mindset. The ability to manage multiple orders at once, stay organized, and perform efficiently under pressure is essential. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pull required parts for customer orders

• Allocate correct lot numbers and quantities to each order

• Stage completed shipments in designated areas

• Maintain accuracy and organization in all order fulfillment tasks

After Training Responsibilities

• Run daily “Ship Today” reports and print orders

• Communicate with Customer Service and internal teams via email

• Put away incoming stock and maintain inventory organization

Hours 8-5 M-F

Pay $ 18.00

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
