Inside Sales Insurance Specialist (P&C | Professional Liability & Cyber)Position at AMBA Inside Sales Insurance Specialist (P&C | Professional Liability and Cyber) Remote | Full-Time About the Role We're hiring an Inside Sales Insurance Specialist to support a 50/50 mix of inbound and outbound sales activity, focused on Professional Liability and Cyber Security insurance solutions. You'll work with inbound calls and digital leads while making outbound follow-up calls to close business and cross-sell appropriate Property & Casualty products.Your Day-to-DayHandle inbound calls and web-generated leadsMake outbound follow-up calls to close salesConsult with clients on Professional Liability and Cyber Security coveragePre-qualify prospects and ask underwriting questionsCross-sell additional Property & Casualty productsOvercome objections and guide clients through the buying processDocument all activity in internal systemsEnsure compliance with carrier, state, and company guidelinesWhat We're Looking ForActive Property & Casualty license (required)Prior inside sales, call center, or insurance sales experienceComfort with both inbound and outbound phone-based salesStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsPerformance-driven and comfortable working toward goalsAbility to navigate multiple systems independentlyScheduleMonday–Friday | 8-hour shifts | No nights or weekendsCompensation & BenefitsHourly base pay plus monthly performance bonusesTarget first-year earnings of ~$55,000 for average performersFull benefits package available after the eligibility periodAMBA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
