About The Job Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated Team Manager to join our team. A Team Manager at Louis Vuitton is an ambassador of the Brand, leading and mentoring your team, building client relationships, proactively driving sales goals, and ensuring the highest level of client experience. Job Responsibilities Team Management and Development: Provide consistent coaching, identify tailored development and training needs for individuals and the team, and create action plans to boost business and enhance product performance using visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animation. Client and Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with clients, proactively further the achievement of sales goals, and ensure a personalized client experience. Selling and Floor Management: Lead day‑to‑day floor activities, manage sales performance, and maintain high standards of store presentation. Operations: Oversee store operations, inventory, and compliance with company policies. Qualifications Commercially minded with an understanding of the luxury and local market, ideally gained within the retail sector; extensive people‑leadership skills; a passion for exceptional customer service; agile approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment; strong business acumen and ownership of the business and team performance. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: USD $95,000 – $105,000 annually, plus bonus potential.
