Automation Operator -$500 SIGN ON BONUS!
Responsibilities:
- Operate automated machines.
- Works to meet daily and weekly production demands.
- Produce product that meets or exceeds customer specifications.
- Be able to spot minor and major non-conformities.
- Keep workstation clean and safe throughout shift and changeovers.
- Be comfortable working with computers and technology.
- Have experience using measurement tools.
- Monitor machine for efficient operation.
- Place finished product in proper storage area as needed using forklift, pallet jack, etc.
- Load and unload reels and raw materials as needed.
- Must be able to work independently without constant oversight.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred;
- Previous manufacturing experience is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and consistently changing environment;
- Excellent manual dexterity; Strong physical endurance; Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 50lbs;
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting through root cause problem solving
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be flexible with work hours and be able to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Work well in a team or individually.
