General Laborer (Prestress Plant Team): Roberts, WI

Our customer in Roberts, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting General Laborers (Prestress Plant Team) to work full-time on 1st shift. As a General Laborer (Prestress Plant Team), you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process through a variety of tasks, including material handling, assembly, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities of the General Laborer (Prestress Plant Team):

• Perform general labor, including: loading, unloading, lifting, and transporting materials within production departments
• Assist with steel fabrication, form setup and teardown, concrete placement, bed preparation, strand pulling, and concrete finishing.
• Use screeds and hand tools to level and finish concrete during production.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts after completing required training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with plant standards.
• Assist with training new team members in basic production and safety as needed.
• Support daily production needs by performing additional tasks as assigned.

General Laborer (Prestress Plant Team ) Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or concrete production preferred but not required.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills through on-the-job training.
• Ability to bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and flexible to support team and production needs.

Pay for General Laborer (Prestress Plant Team ) : Starting at $21/hour.
