Nurse Practitioner (np)

Job Description

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will work independently in an outpatient clinic setting, providing comprehensive patient care focused on routine visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care. This role involves assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning to promote patient health and well-being.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and diagnose health conditions
Develop and implement treatment plans
Manage medication prescriptions and adjustments
Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Deliver follow-up care and monitor patient progress

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of nursing practice experience
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities (Spanish Speaking)
Experience in patient care and preventive health
