Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment. Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule. Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary. You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed. Paul Davis Restoration of East Essex County, New Jersey is seeking an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to help lead our emergency response team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the technical side of water mitigation and enjoys leading crews in the field. You will respond to property damage emergencies, perform mitigation services, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to industry standards. This position requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced emergency services environment.
