Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide expert physical therapy services to patients, diagnosing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and functional abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions through thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment strategies.
• Administer physical therapy interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention techniques.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess clinical experience in outpatient or acute care settings.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show proficiency in developing and implementing individual treatment plans.
• Ability to work effectively five days a week, with a minimum 32-hour weekly commitment.
• Maintain compliance with all professional licensing and continuing education requirements.
