Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized treatment strategies aimed at achieving their functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Leverage research-driven approaches to enhance patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Guide Patients and Families: Offer education to patients and caregivers regarding therapy practices to encourage ongoing advancement at home
• Track Progress and Modify Plans: Continuously monitor patient improvement and adjust therapy as necessary to ensure progress

Education & Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement and support for continuing education and post-grad certifications

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
