Location 2506 West Moreland Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090 What We Offer Signing bonus: $2,500 for qualified candidates Competitive Pay: $27.61 – $42.87 per hour flat rate, adjusted by experience, location, and other factors as permitted by law Billable hours guarantee: minimum 30 hours per week Productivity bonus: opportunity to earn $250 – $550 every two weeks based on performance Schedule: Full‑time, 5 days per week (Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays often required); Sundays off each week plus one other day off based on business needs Training & certification support: company pays for ASE certifications and recertifications Your Impact As An Automotive Repair Technician A Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work, including engine repair, transmission, suspension & steering, brake systems (including ABS/traction control), electrical systems, and heating & air conditioning Maintain a high level of technical expertise and continuously expand skills Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer procedures or industry best practices Train and mentor other technicians and service associates Other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring At least 6 years of experience as an automotive technician with advanced diagnostic skills ASE Master Technician or dealership certifications preferred (or equivalent experience with ability to certify within 12 months, paid for by AAA) ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaboration Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods Valid driver’s license Authorized to work in the USA Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty) Benefits for Full‑time Associates Medical, dental, and vision plan options Up to 2 weeks paid parental leave 401k plan with company match up to 7% 2+ weeks of PTO within first year Paid company holidays Company‑provided volunteer opportunities + 1 volunteer day per year Free AAA membership Continual learning reimbursement up to $5,250 per year And more – check out our benefits page for more information Equal Opportunity Employment ACA is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment practices laws.
