Job Summary: Operates forklift to move products between plants. Loads and unloads trucks.

Specific Duties:

• Operates powered lift trucks (both sitting & standing types)
• Maintains routine forklift inspection reports.
• Maintains organization in materials warehouse.
• Loads and unloads trucks.

Skills:

• Must have 6 or more months of previous forklift experience.
• Must be able to pass a written and practical forklift exam.
• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16"

Performance Expectations:

• Must be able to sit for 8-10 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in areas that are not climate controlled in the summer and winter months.
• Must be able to work in areas that have exposure to wood dust.
• Must pass drug test.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
