$90K–$150K + Productivity Bonus | Full Benefits | Outpatient Setting

We are urgently hiring a Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Fredericksburg, VA . This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established patient base while treating a diverse mix of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, sports, and vestibular conditions .

For more than 10 years, our practice has provided comprehensive care to the Fredericksburg community. You'll work alongside a collaborative team offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, podiatry, and other integrated services.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, sports, and vestibular conditions
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
• Support injury prevention and sports performance programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Educate patients on home exercise, wellness, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license
• Outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, or sports therapy experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
