What You'll Do

• Lead and manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through design and delivery

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers
\n
• Perform technical analyses, hydraulic calculations, and system evaluations
\n
• Support proposals, scope development, and fee estimates
\n
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
\n
• Build strong client relationships and support business growth efforts
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• 10+ years of experience managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field
\n
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
\n
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
\n
• Experience working with municipal clients, utilities, and consulting teams
\n
• Knowledge of hydraulic modeling, treatment facilities, and water infrastructure design
\n
