Remote Member Support Rep Travel Industry

Our client, a leading organization in B2B travel booking industry, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their remote team as Member Support Representatives. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to commercial clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, ensuring success within the organization.

Job Title: Travel & Tourism Member Support

Location: Remote 

Pay Rate: $20.00 hourly

What's the Job?

• Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels for the Travel & Tourism industry.
• Assist clients with travel inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes
• Support the organization’s goals by demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude

What's Needed?

• 3+ years CSR Call Center in/outbound experience
• 2-3 Years of experience in Travel & Tourism preferred
• Prior CSR B2B experience preferred
• Prior remote experience preferred
• Proficient computer and communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace for remote work
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
