Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements

- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously during banquets and events

- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations

- Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the event

- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction

- Collaborate with event staff and kitchen personnel to coordinate service flow

- Clear tables and assist with post-event cleanup

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or banquet serving preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus
