Problem-Solving Pro : Resolve computer issues and make adjustments to maintain financial accuracy. Champion Guest Happiness : Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, going above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. Be the Overnight Hero : Act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring the security and safety of guests, staff, and property. Drive Excellence : Train new Night Audit staff and maintain exceptional standards for our team and property. Your Day-to-Night Responsibilities Include: Preparing daily financial reports with precision. Balancing accounts and ensuring all discrepancies are addressed. Engaging with guests to provide local recommendations and handle inquiries. Collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless operations. Maintaining cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk and lobby. Participating in safety committees and upholding security standards. What Makes You a Perfect Fit: Exceptional knowledge of accounting operations and financial systems. Quick with numbers and experienced with 10-key calculators. Strong computer skills and a knack for solving technical issues. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
