About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to lead a strategic transformation and growth phase. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and scaling a new sales function, implementing KPIs, and structured sales processes to drive top-line growth. This role is pivotal in the company's vision to increase sales and profit margins, with a clear focus on reaching a $15M revenue target. The President will also be responsible for full P&L leadership, operational oversight, and managing the transition process in close partnership with the owner. Key challenges include developing a sales organization in a previously sales-light environment, managing financial pressures, and replacing long-term leadership while ensuring operational continuity. Candidates for the President role at the company should have a proven track record in building sales teams and processes within manufacturing businesses, with a background in powdered metals or friction/braking/clutch product manufacturing being highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, operationally astute, and a disciplined leader capable of managing change and transition. Experience in businesses with revenue of $10M+ and a clear ability to execute strategic growth plans are essential. The role requires a leader who is comfortable navigating legacy environments and is adept at modernizing structures while maintaining operational excellence.
