Parts Sales Representative

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Parts Department Associate to join our team. We need someone with a great attitude and strong teamwork skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of supporting our technicians and customers. Key Responsibilities: Support our in‑house and road service technicians with parts requests, quotes, and orders Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers and technicians Work closely with our Service Department to keep jobs moving efficiently Look up, quote, order, receive, and issue parts Maintain an organized and accurate parts inventory Receive stock and daily orders and verify parts against purchase orders Keep shelves, bins, and parts locations clean and properly organized Help with front‑counter customers and outside technicians Follow proper inventory procedures and documentation Communicate with coworkers and other branches to locate parts when needed What We’re Looking For: Excellent attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, responsible, and proactive Good communication and customer‑service skills Comfortable answering phones and working directly with technicians Able to multitask and follow through on assignments Willing to learn and ask questions when needed Parts, forklift, automotive, heavy‑equipment, or dealership experience is a plus We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the Parts Department organized , works well with technicians and Service, and understands that great teamwork is essential to taking care of our customers.
