Licensed Practical Nurse - 254609

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The LPN will work alongside providers and clinical staff to help deliver quality care and ensure a positive patient experience. This role includes a variety of nursing responsibilities, patient interactions, and clinical support activities. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a clinical setting Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and basic assessments Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directed Assist providers with exams and clinical procedures Support patient education as directed by clinical staff Communicate with patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and care instructions Support general clinic workflow and patient flow Perform basic clinical tasks including specimen collection and processing Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Assist with general clinical operations as needed Qualifications Active Washington State LPN license Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program Nursing experience preferred but not required Basic understanding of clinical care and patient support Ability to work in a team-based healthcare environment Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a clinical setting Preferred Experience Outpatient clinic or primary care Hospital or acute care Home health Long-term care / skilled nursing facility Rehabilitation or assisted living Community health or similar settingsExperience with electronic health records (EHR) systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Medix™
