Luminary Hospice in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced on-call nurse to support patients after hours within home and community settings. This role requires applying nursing processes, coordinating with the hospice interdisciplinary team, and ensuring safe, compassionate end-of-life care. You will complete assessments, develop and revise care plans, administer medications, educate families, and document all care activities while working closely with Case Managers and physicians to meet #J-18808-Ljbffr Luminary Hospice
