Executive Director, Marketing - Women's Health and Reproductive Genetics Segment

Labcorp

Labcorp seeks an Executive Director of Marketing to lead strategic vision and commercial execution for the women's health and reproductive genetics portfolio. The role encompasses portfolio strategy, marketing leadership, product lifecycle governance, and cross-functional alignment with sales, operations, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

Define portfolio strategy, vision, and multi-year priorities integrated across product management and marketing
Oversee product lifecycle governance from concept through launch, including business cases and roadmap approval
Develop unified positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across customer segments
Partner with sales leadership to align commercial priorities, revenue strategies, and field enablement
Lead, mentor, and develop talent across product management and solutions marketing functions

Requirements

Executive leadership experience in healthcare diagnostics or life sciences marketing
Proven track record managing complex product portfolios and multi-year growth strategies
Deep understanding of healthcare customer segments, clinical workflows, and market dynamics
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with R&D, regulatory, sales, and finance
Financial acumen with budget management and ROI accountability experience
Strategic marketing expertise in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution
