Construction Laborer - Per Diem Offered

Now hiring Construction Laborers in Cordova, IL for a 6-week project starting ASAP.


This is a general labor type position, responsible for the performance of tasks associated with Industrial tank cleaning, hazardous waste clean-up, site-remediation, and sludge dewatering of tanks. This project is at a 3M facility.


Main Tasks Include the Following:
-Tank cleaning, hydro excavating, operating fire hoses, water pumps, air compressors, and hydro-blasting.
-Performs emergency response activities including, but not limited to chemical and water spills, tank cleaning, equipment decontamination, etc.
-Works in potentially elevated noise levels, confined spaces, including lifting in areas of low clearance.
-Working at elevations including working from ladders.
-Fire/Hole/Bottle Watch as requested


Pay is up to $28/hour, depending on experience. Per diem is offered to those that qualify! Per diem is $50/day all 7 days plus hotel covered. Shifts are Monday- Saturday, 5:00 am to 5:00 pm.

-Candidates must have an OSHA-40 HAZWOPER or be able to go through refresher course
0Confined Space Training is preferred but not required.
