As anInfant Nursery Supervisor, you’ll: Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class. Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards. <> Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success. Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave: Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. The ability to meet state requirements for education and additional center requirements. Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children Hold an current early childhood professional credential level II higher in version 3.0, as determined by the Colorado Department of Early Childhood, have a minimum of nine (9) months (1,365 hours) of verifiable experience in the care and supervision of infants and/or toddlers, and: (a) Has completed one (1) three (3) semester credit hour course in infant/toddler development; or (b) Has completed the Department-approved expanding quality in infant and toddler care training course. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation ($18.00 - $22.00 hourly) based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options. Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.
