Physical Therapist

Responsibilities Role: Physical Therapist; Environment: In facility; Reporting to: Director of Rehab. Assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers, provide referrals, and coordinate ongoing care. Adapt therapy to meet evolving patient needs and settings. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. A Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Or a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Foreign-educated Physical Therapy degrees evaluated as U.S. equivalent.
