New Home Sales Consultant

Gardner Homes – Marble Falls is seeking motivated, professional, and relationship-driven New Home Sales Consultants to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about residential design, construction, customer experience, and building strong relationships within the community. We provide industry-leading systems, ongoing training, marketing support, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in custom home sales. What We’re Looking For Customer-focused and driven to succeed Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional in appearance and conduct Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Eager to learn and grow within the industry Comfortable networking and building community relationships Confident guiding clients through a consultative sales experience Sales experience is highly valued; however, candidates with the right attitude, ambition, professionalism, and passion for the industry are encouraged to apply. Experience in residential construction, real estate, interior design, or customer service is considered a plus. A Texas Real Estate License is not required for this role but is considered an asset. Gardner Homes brand professionally Product Knowledge & Industry Awareness Learn G.J. Gardner Homes’ plans, inclusions, and building process Stay informed on products, promotions, and market trends Develop knowledge of local land opportunities and the Hill Country market Become proficient in company systems and sales processes Sales & Business Development Guide clients through the custom home sales process Maintain accurate client records and CRM activity Prepare pricing and preliminary proposals Participate in sales meetings and team collaboration Build relationships with Realtors, developers, designers, and industry professionals Support networking and local business development efforts Marketing & Community Engagement Support local marketing and community outreach initiatives Assist with events, model homes, and design center promotion Stay informed on local market activity and housing trends Help grow the G.J. Gardner Homes – Marble Falls brand locally General Requirements Be a positive, team-oriented professional Remain coachable, accountable, and proactive Communicate effectively and support team culture Maintain reliable transportation and daily technology tools for sales activities Equal Opportunity Employer G.J.
