BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

BCBA Position – Full-Time or Part-Time (Hybrid) Position Overview Majestic Care ABA is seeking dedicated BCBAs to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to individuals with autism and their families throughout North Carolina. Location: North Carolina Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Work Setting: Hybrid (Client visits as needed) Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 + BCBA bonus opportunities Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Develop and oversee evidence-based ABA programs tailored to each client's strengths, needs, and goals Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide ongoing clinical oversight to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment programs Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians Review session documentation and provide timely feedback to support quality care Travel to client sites to provide home- and school-based visits and clinical support Provide caregiver training and partner with families to promote skill development and generalization Collaborate with families, schools, service providers, and other members of the client's care team as appropriate Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company, payer, and BACB requirements Uphold the highest standards of ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Minimum one (1) year of BCBA experience preferred Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Successful completion of required background checks Reliable transportation for community-based services Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills Passion for supporting individuals with autism and their families Commitment to ethical and evidence-based ABA practice Compensation & Benefits $125,000-$140,000, based on experience and qualifications BCBA bonus opportunities Student loan repayment options for eligible employees Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling Sustainable caseloads designed to support quality clinical care In-home and hybrid work options where available Supportive clinical leadership and a collaborative team environment Professional growth and development opportunities About the Employer Majestic Care ABA is a mission-driven ABA organization dedicated to helping individuals with autism and their families build meaningful skills, greater independence, and fulfilling lives.
